5 stars alone for the ambiance away from the hustle and bustle. Some inconsistency in complimentary amuse-bouche, dinner roll, and chocolates after meal. It can also feel a bit impersonal from having to pre-pay (incl tip) when ordering off a QR code before the meal. Food is good quality and the price reflects it, however there have been times I order the seafood platter and they throw in some bonus seafood and that is... View all feedback.
What Emily Moxley doesn't like about Classified:
We went here just because the concept of such a restaurant felt notable. A good experience for an airport restaurant. It was quiet with views of the planes. There were TVs, not too many customers (we were there around 2pm), and quiet jazz music. The burger and fries were decent, the Caesar salad was pretty meh. Good service.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
I’ve been looking forward to dining here for a long time as I finally obtained the United status needed to get a reservation. The ambience was great, the server was attentive and friendly, but the food left me extremely disappointed. The $30 bluefin, tuna appetizer was overly salty, but edible. The $70 dry aged strip steak arrived at my seat, clearly cooked well in advance of coming to my table. It was lukewarm, any juice had dried to the plate, and it ultimately very disappointing. The chocolates on my way out were a nice touch. It took 45 minutes to get my food, and was up against my boarding time so I did not have a chance for them to try and make it right. I had high hopes and a lot of excitement going into this experience but was ultimately left disappointed.

I've been wanting to try this place but then the pandemic happened and I'm finally returning with a decent layover so pulled the trigger on a reservation. The best part is you are whisked away into a calm and private seating area. Feels sort of like dining in the Polaris restaurant but the food isn't as high quality but still pretty good. We came for breakfast so the menu items are somewhat limited. You currently have to order via the mobile QR code which makes it easy to customize your order. The egg dishes are quite large (3 eggs), choice of meat and potatoes (or fruit substitute) and toast. The coffee or tea come in a separate small teapot which is nice so you can refill yourself. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Window views of gates and departing flights. I would come back if I had a lengthy layover and no access to a United lounge

I come here each time I pass through for business travel.
Fantastic service from Pasqual, made us feel like family. Had the Tomahawk Ribeye, it was out of this world. Will gladly return next time we're in EWR-if they will once again let us make a reservation.
