We booked the Mega fun... read more Stay Away from this place. Totally mismanaged and irresponsible behavior. We had my daughter?s birthday party last week at this location. We booked the Mega fun package but these guys gave us service as per the basic package (Super fun) due to an issue intheir system. They accepted charges for Mega fun and there was no issue while accepting or booking it, but while giving serviceit was a system issue. I understand there can be system issues, but if you have something wrong in the system, at least acceptit. As per our package kids were supposed to get 2 hours of unlimited play, but most of their cards stopped working within halfan hour. While talking to a person (don't know the name) regarding the concerns, he was speaking so rudely in front of myguests, I felt very humiliated. After talking with him with a louder voice and showing an email with package details he agreedto give 45 minutes of playtime to the kids, but with all these drama kids were exhausted and lost interest. 2nd thing which theymissed as per our package was dipping dot ice cream, they didn't serve us ice cream. It?s not only about the store, but I gavethem feedback about this issue in their feedback system, and it?s been 8 days since I am waiting to get any response from them.Totally irresponsible and unacceptable behavior.
