The sandwich itself was tasty, and I appreciated being able to see the staff working on orders and their attention to detail. My only wish is that they offered roast beef as an option. One thing to be aware of is that they may place your order on the far left side of the counter, which can be confusing if you're expecting your name to be called out on the right like some other customers.
