The service was quick, and the customer service was excellent. The staff member at the window was incredibly patient while we decided what to order. I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love the charbroiled meat in their burgers, especially the Western bacon burger—it's my favorite! The fried zucchini is delicious too. The friendly service and the fact that they didn't forget any of my order made my visit truly enjoyable.

I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The staff were rude and the service was absolutely dreadful. I attempted to enter the restaurant only to have an employee yell at me that they were closed at 8 PM and instructed me to use the drive-thru instead. Since I was on foot and staying at the hotel across the street, I went to the drive-thru but waited there for 10 minutes without any response. Eventually, I walked to the window, but no one was there. I knocked on the window, and two employees walked by, continuing to mop the floor and completely ignoring me. The service was appalling.

Many people overlook the chance to visit Carl's Jr., but this location is particularly appealing because it’s right next to a vegan restaurant for those with dietary preferences. Every time I’ve been here, the food has always been freshly made, hot, and delicious. It’s situated at the end of a small shopping center with ample parking space nearby. The staff are genuinely friendly; every time I’ve used the drive-thru, I've had a positive experience. As I mentioned, the food is consistently great!

I really love this Carl's Jr.! I've never had any issues here. The food is always fresh and hot. I usually order a variety of items, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. They definitely know what they're doing, and I've noticed how patient and professional they are with other customers who may not be familiar with the menu, specials, and prices.
