Burgerim Newparkmall (halal) - Newark

I stumbled upon a restaurant in the deserted Newpark Mall called "In-N-Out Burger" and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I almost left to find a cleaner restaurant to dine at. After cleaning off my own table, I finally got to try their burger. The burger itself tasted decent, but I was so hungry that I may have just wolfed it down quickly. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and questioned whether I would ever return to this establishment.

This burger place is absolutely terrible! Please shut it down.

I was at the restaurant on September 1st at 5:09 pm and placed a DoorDash order that was still not ready by 5:39 pm. I ended up having to cancel the order and will not be returning. The staff were very disrespectful.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but they often run out of certain items like French fries. I have visited three times and each time they were out of fries. I believe this place could benefit from better management. However, the customer service is good and the food is delicious.

I cannot recommend this restaurant as they do not seem to adhere to their posted business hours. I visited during the designated hours on a weekend, only to find the location closed. After inquiring, I learned that this restaurant has a tendency to open and close randomly. This was extremely disappointing as I had made a special trip to try their food. Additionally, gas prices are high at $6.20 per gallon and I wasted both time and fuel getting here, only to find the restaurant closed. I suggest calling ahead before visiting, as it is likely they may be closed unexpectedly.
