What poppypine doesn't like about Savile:
Came for afternoon tea with my mum using a groupon voucher. The service was fantastic, staff were lovely. Plenty of food, a good variety of sandwiches and cakes, and the scones were freshly made. Will definitely return. View all feedback.
A lovely evening spent in this atmospheric restaurant. 3 course meal very reasonably priced nicely presented and with a good choice of main course and desserts. Very attentive and friendly staff. Will definately be visiting again.
Rufford opened the restaurant for Valentines dinner and they made a great job of it. The food was excellent, all home made and presented well. Nice service from the staff as well. Well done Rufford.
Return visit to Savile's for our annual family Boxing day meal. Yet again, great service, great food. Set menu and carvery, so the only downer for me was the very limited vegan options but the chef did say he would cook me something if I wanted but I stuck with the delicish carvery.
We went to the Savile for an early Christmas lunch, and the food, service and ambience was excellent. It made a family gathering really memorable. Brilliant.
We had a delicious carvery which was the nicest I've had in years all vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection. The sweet course was apple crumble and was delicious. This was served in a lovely setting, the staff were polite and very friendly. It was worth every penny and I will certainly go back again.
