Bentleys Fish And Chips Newark

Bentley...fish and Chip shop/ restaurant. Me and my brother visited this venue for the first time. The place is in two parts, 1st part is the que up fish and chip shop. The second is the sit-down restaurant. We did the restaurant part, and the venue was clean and well maintained. The menu was simple to follow with plenty of options. The food here is delicious. There are toilets on site that are well maintained and clean. This place is a family-friendly and disable friendly site in close walking distance to the town square. This is a good place yo come to if you are hungry. The staff are polite and friendly.

Wowzers !?! what a place grate staff grate price and the new monster slushes have me hooked as well as wired Boom!?!

Friendly staff and excellent service. Simply the best Fish n Chips we have had for years ! Will definitely return.

I don't like leaving bad reviews as I am aware that this is somebody's livelihood but I feel that on this occasion I must as the food supplied was less than good overcooked brown chips, hard burnt batter covering tiny fish portions. The location is in a great position, the staff friendly and helpful, the service was good so what a shame about the food. Judging by the amount that other customers left on their plates we were not alone. Hopefully this is just a bad day and reading other reviews the general offering must usually be of better quality. Sadly I will not return to find out.

While at the market, I enjoyed fish cake and chips at a discounted price for traders. My son also had a mister slush, which he found to be delicious.
