I had the pleasure of visiting this soul food spot last weekend and I was impressed. Finally a real soul food restaurant that prepares your food when you order so it's hot and fresh. I played it safe and ordered the wings and they were delicious. My only two suggestions would be is to find a better peach cobbler recipe and the iced tea should be freshly brewed. View all feedback.
I live around corner from them and while the food is ok the service sucks and their rude is all hell!!!
SERVICE SUCKS BADLY!! FEMALE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE ACTS AS IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO BE THERE AND SHE HATES HER JOB!!
I enjoy going there...even though the area is scary. BUT the food is soooo good. I suggest this restaurant to everyone for the following reasons: the price is economical, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly.
