I LOVE this place!! I always go here with my family and I order, pretty much, the same thing! Pineapple coconut snow bubble with boba, peach mango snow bubble with mango jelly, crispy chicken number 1 spice and an order of calamari number 2 spice. It NEVER fails me..
The cashier was rude when I asked about a drink I saw on their website and rushed us to order even though we were the only ones there. The drinks were alright but the fried calamari was DISGUSTING!!!! Too much seasoning that it was impossible to eat. It was too salty and it had too much basil! Yuck! Waste of money
I've been coming here since 2006. Drinks food have always been good, but the cashiers usually have an annoyed attitude and very rude. This has been an on going thing for some time now. Cash only and they charge an extra $1 for using a debit card. Nocredit cards.
This for me is a 3 star because I love the drinks and all of the food here. I?ve been coming here for the last 7-8 years, and despite living quite far, me and my family still love the drinks and popcorn chicken. Here?s the thing though, customer serviceis honestly quite terrible. Workers are usually rude and their mood is always jaded. I don?t think I?ve had one good experienceregarding customer service here in the last 7 years. Update: The workers have actually been a lot kinder lately and our drinksare prepared incredibly fast.
