New Ocean Chinese - Newark

Last night ordered for the first time and it was absolutely terrible. Orange chicken was decent even though they forget the side of fried rice. Chow mine was soggy and zero taste. Saving ribs had a really strange smell and disgusting, immediately spit out. Chicken wings were underused. Not recommended

I had to try a different restaurant after finding out Jade Palace was closed. I ordered the green beans chicken and tomato beef chow mein. The green bean chicken dish was delicious with flavorful and crunchy beans. However, the tomato beef chow mein was a letdown with overcooked noodles and a bland sauce that seemed watered down. The beef and paprika were good, but overall the dish was not very tasty.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Newark right now. The food is served quickly and tastes great, with reasonable prices. A large order of Broccoli Beef costs around $12. The owner is also very friendly.

This restaurant is fast, fresh, and delicious. The service was excellent.

Love this place, definitely my go to in Newark. The lady that works there is always so nice. They give you a to go box stuffed with whatever you order for about $10 each. Everything I tried is so good except the Mongolian beef but I only like it from a couple places so might just be my taste buds. Also the broccoli beef is mostly broccoli so I don?t get that anymore but everything else is great and good portions.
