Tgi Fridays - Newalla

Our food really wasn't good. We were disappointed. Even the Salsa was bad. There were kids running around screaming. I don't know where their parents were. The service was the best thing about our visit. We used to love this restaurant but not this time.

My wife reported to the waitress that there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the ladies room, still none when we left. The mgr stood outside talking to somebody in a white car on 2 different occasions about 10 mins each time( yes I timed it with a stopwatch) the 2nd time. I had ordered 10 traditional wings as an appetizer and chicken fajitas. I DID NOT receive the wings and when I asked the lady that brought out our food(different waitress) she stated she didn 't see where they were ordered for me. The original waitress came over and asked did you get your wings as if it was somebody else 's fault. Then the mgr came over and tried to give me the wings and when I declined he offered a free dessert which I declined, that is when he went outside the 2nd time carrying a to go container of food and giving it to the people in the car that he stood outside and talked to. And let 's not even mention the rap music they had playing over the loudspeaker.....It was not a pleasant dining experience....the food I had was good and hot but the service was awful. The mgr even has the nerve enough to put on my receipt that he took off the charge for the wings and noted didn 't like the food . I live in Ohio so I won 't be back anytime soon and if I lived in this area I wouldn 't go here anyway.
