I don’t like the fact that I order on the app and it gives me a specific pick up time but, when I get there its not even ready yet still have to wait 15-20 minutes and the Japanese guy always messes up my $5 dollar reward coupon he has no idea what he is doing. Haven’t been there maybe 3 years obviously the price was up like everything but the portions are way less than before even after paying for extra portions the cashier was hard to understand took about 25 minutes to get our food not as good as when it came in a a big white box now it’s a small black box that’s not even topped of like before won’t recommend!!
