Potbelly - Newalla

I’ve ordered from here twice so far and I think this is my new favorite sandwich shop. It really runs with the best of em I think. Both times I ordered the half sandwich/cup of soup and it tasted fantastic and was reasonably priced. Steakhouse with the veggie soup the other day and Mediterranean with broccoli cheddar soup today. Wonderful lunches. Also so far the soups have really hit the spot. I’ve been looking for a place with a good selection of soups instead of just one or two options. I think they have 5 in all and a mac n cheese I’m looking forward to try. Can’t wait to go back. Love this place.

Ordered online and picked up at the drive thru window. Best sandwich in OKC. Staff are very polite.

Food is always good here, but the respect isn’t. I had an issue with a Door Dash order and was calling to get it resolved. The issue was not really Pot Belly’s fault but when I called to get it resolved, I was hung up on before I was done asking my questions.

Customer service is terrible. I can't even rate the food because I didn't have a chance. Got in the store (no greetings or anything) waited at the counter for almost 5 MN (while the guy at the window and the young lady were having a chat) without being even acknowledged so I just left.

Little disappointed ordered BLTA and cup of chicken potpie soup.. the soup was good however my sandwich had barely and bacon and avocado just lettuce and tomato.. also added provolone cheese which cost extra and it was not on there.. I don't know if I'll be back for the sandwiches maybe the soup though
