First week new ownership took over. Place was great. Excellent service. Ice cream is delicious. Cookies are really tasty.

BEWARE!!DO NOT ORDER! THE PHONE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!! (TRY DIALING) I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP ONLINE THROUGH CORPORATE WEBSITE AND NO-ONE WAS AT THE COUNTER. I WAS SCHEDULED TO PICK UP AT2PM. I WAS ABLE TO GET A REFUND FROM CORPORATE.

I have been trying to give this store an opportunity to get things together before posting a review, but I really think this store needs new management. I live near by so I often visit the mall to do some shopping. I love their peanut butter cookies so I will stop by at random times to grab a snack. I have seen this store close early. Not setup their ice cream display or just be out of random things all of the time. Whether it’s running out of cookies or drinks, something is usually not available. On top of that, when I host a party I can never get DoorDash to deliver a dozen cookies or so because this store will cancel the order. They also never answer the phone! I believe if this store had new management that revenue would increase. They get two stars since the cookies are good when available. Someone please step in to help this store succeed so we can keep it at the mall!
