I go to the speaker, I say two legs and a mashed potatoes. She repeats two legs and a mashed potatoes. I go up to the pay window, they ask two legs and a mashed potatoes? I say yes and pay. They tell me pull around and they will bring it out. I'm waiting for ten minutes for my two legs and a mashed potatoes. It shouldn't take ten minutes. Wasted 40.00 on the most disgusting chicken I have ever seen or eaten!! The chicken was soaking wet with horrible black oily grease and it had a weird smell and when I took a bite it had a horrendously awful taste!!! I think they cooked it in motor oil!! Thick, slimy, black motor oil!! I had to throw 40.00 worth of food away!! Never go to KFC again EVER!!!
This is the worst KFC in all of Oklahoma City they do not care about your food nor do they care about your time they try to get you in and out as fast as you can and don't sit there too long because they'll open up the window and say you're on a timer we need for you to move and they don't make the food right avoid this place at all cost.
Probably worst KFC I have been to. Chicken tenders were stale and cold. I literally got 6 fries after waiting on the side of the restaurant for 10 minutes for fresh ones. No straw for my drink, no sauces in the bag after I asked for them twice. The worst biscuit I have ever had. Not going back for sure.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THE CASHIER NAME WAS VIVA VERY RUDE GOT MY ORDER WRONG HAD TO GO BACK ON MY LUNCH BREAK AND SHE AGRUGED WITH ME AFTER ADMITTING THAT SHE MESSED MY ORDER UP I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE
Food and service were good, but seemed a bit more expensive than most fast food places
