Johnnie's Charcoal Broiler Express

Went there on February 20 at about 430pm. I ordered one veggie burger, one regular, and 2 large fries to go.first, they have my order for dine in, then to put my food in bags, the guy who was at the register touching cash money and cards with his hands procced to grab all the fries that remained on the tray with his bare 2 hands and putting them in the bags, I told him yeah thats nasty you are touching money and cards all day and then you just touch the fries like that?? he was annoyed about it, instead of apologizing! then that other lady in the kitchen also she found it funny to have a big smile on her face. then he said we will make you new fries, and they did.now lastly, at the register I said can you mark which one the veggie one.. of course they didnt do that, and i think on purpose.the food is good, but that guy is nasty, would you want to eat from a guy who is at the register touching nasty cash money that has been handled by so many people and cards and then grab your fries with his hands? I am not talking about grabbing the bag of fries, I am talking about literally grabbing the fries that remained in the tray to put them in the bag. NASTY!

Best burgers ever! Get the bacon cheeseburger with the shredded cheese and pickels...you can die happy after that!

Great food. Drive thru is Alittle slow, but worth the wait because I know they're making the food fresh. Love this place

The store on N May has closed. There are other locations still open. These burgers are on most people's top 10 local burgers list.Classic charcoaler, with secret sauce. They do have other places and we are sorry to see this one go Thank you Johnnie's staffers!

They forgot my onion rings and substituted extra fries instead. If I order onion rings and know my cholesterol LDL/HDL and know my marital status as well, why would I not get the onion rings that I ordered. I love the food here and realize working here can be rough at higher traffic times in the drive thru, but let me get the order I request and my doctor worries about my cholesterol. The Lord, Body of God, Jesus, and the Body of Christ can worry about if I am really married or not in the eyes of those above and those here on earth with me. Also, your fries were soggy, but I understand this has to do with humidity and attention you have at any given time to give them the necessary they need to stay crispy.
