What’s up with the fast food workers there? They have the nastiest attitudes and are very very rude. I almost wanted to just give them back the sandwich and ask for a refund but I chose not to. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this lousy location, the hiring manager definitely needs to hire new staff with better attitudes. View all feedback.
Ordered online, had specific instructions because I have a pepper allergy and the salsa medley can set it off so I absolutely avoid it. In my order online it was very clear what was ordered and the salsa was not included on the order, yet my first bite into my sandwich all I could taste was the peppers and it was an instant gag and bathroom run.Employees in the service industry HAVE to be trained about allergens. It was even more disappointing because the two gentlemen in the restaurant recognized my girlfriend because we are regulars and yet they still ruined my food… makes me sad because I LOVED Jersey Mikes before this incident, when this happened I tried contacting the store (we ordered take out to eat at home) and there was no response. I hope this can be made right in the future.Dietary restrictions: BEWARE OF DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, Employees do NOT pay attention to a written out order. I took one bite and got sick immediately due to their ignorance or negligence or just general not caring about the quality of their food they’re selling. I WAS a regular??
The sandwich I purchased had more nonsense vegetables in it than it had meat. In addition, I added bacon to my Giant sandwich and they never added it, but charged me. When I asked for them to add it after the fact, the person behind the counter was not happy about it and gave me 2 strips of bacon….for my Giant. Employees here obviously can’t read and have also never been trained in Customer Service.
Nice guys work here, no attitudes, very upbeat. Knowledgeable workers about food choices. Great sandwich shop, I will be back very soon. You guys keep shining.
I'm not sure how this location is managing to stay in business. There was a multitude of flies in there today. IF that weren't bad enough the man who was supposed to assist me decided to talk to his fellow employees for a few minutes before even getting the bread out for the sandwich. Then he proceeds to get the smallest/oldest piece he can find for a $10.99 sandwich. I left and went to Jimmy Johns.
Good food! May want to call ahead if you want to have Jeesey Mike's for lunch. Everybody was in there !
