Great place to eat, when your on the road. It nay take a minute but it's made fresh and hot. The Regional manager even is involved in quality of customer experience. How refreshing to know a place still offers SERVICE! View all feedback.
What Heather Porter doesn't like about Huddle House:
*DON 'T ORDER ONLINE*Mobile order menu is not accurate and getting a refund (for food not available, but paid for) requires management to correspond with corporate.The waitress was inattentive so i ordered online. When i went back in to ask for the missing food, she was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. It would 've been easy enough to tell me pick up, Sorry, but we don 't have (food item), here 's what we CAN do... ... SOMETHING. Not, We haven 't had that for years. (the end goodbye) or, I didn 't take your money (not my problem).The food we did get was good. The GM and RM did get the refund processed. Hence, 2 service stars instead of 0. Thanks for following up.

Service was extremely slow. The food isn't really great nor was it really bad. I have a feeling the chef might be new because of how long it took to just do any simple breakfast dish was really long. I would have finished several times over by now. Food was served mostly cold and the server never bothered to check for refills or anything else. Even ordering food to good was extremely painful to wait. Also the restaurant is currently a ghost town. No excuse for the slow service.
When our food was brought to us was told They had 0 syrup. If I would a known this I had a time I would have not ordered a waffle. My family received their food. I had to wait 10 minutes later to get mine. My waffle was not cooked all the way 1/2 of it was thinner than a pancake like when they made it the waffle was not Poured all the way. My Bacon was not even cooked all the way I'm brought into the waiter says attention and she said that's how we cook our bacon. when asked for peanut butter they Brought us an industrial size jar not sure who else had been dipping into It never got a refill on my water or my coffee. The waitress.never came back and checked on us.BADDDDDD ALL THE WAY AROUND. WoULD had been better off going across the street to McDonald's.
Place itself is good, but needs more personals to work, waiting for my coffee more than 10 minutes, end of story I spent 1,5hr to get my lunch, it’s 90 miles driving time, not good for truck drivers!
