Golden Chick - Newalla

They gave my order to another customer and then refused to re-make my order. Ghetto atmosphere. Seriously though

Here we go again, 10 months later. I tried to give them another chance, but it was a waste of money. I got a 3 piece tender meal and only got one actual chicken tender, the other 2 pieces were more breading than anything. Where's the frickin' chicken? Like most places they have shrunk their food but doubled the price. I just paid $10 for what was supposed to be a three-piece chicken tenders and instead I got a kids meal. I tried to give them a second chance but this is ridiculous. They used to have huge chicken tenders and now they're barely bigger than chicken nuggets, and over half of that is just breading. I guess I should be glad they gave me an extra one to make up for the fact that they're so small, but 0 0 is still 0.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, a young man by the name of T assisted me with taking my order. He was very professional and might I add he came to work with a shirt and tie on.. I was very impressed, its hard to find people who take pride in their jobs these days!

Mr. T was very kind in ensuring that my order was freshly prepared. Sometimes I hate eating fast food, because of poor service and low-quality food. However, Mr. T exceeded my expectations, ensuring I was satisfied with my meal. The chicken was fresh, and the service was outstanding. I will only eat at Golden Chick when Mr. T is working because I know the food will be prepared correctly and cooked to order. The way he executes his job is remarkable, and the customer service he provides should be what all restaurants strive for.

Chicken was great! Customer Service by Mr.T was wonderful, did not feel rushed and was helped when I asked in the menu, can’t wait to go again
