I asked team members to make food fresh they lied and said it was made fresh. I told them I would be back through if it wasn’t , they decided to make food fresh. They made me wait 30 minutes. I called at 7:05 to check on food . Hot fresh chicken. Wish the gravy was a little thicker but overall on par for other golden chick locations. Great job on the batter.
Never had a bad experience here. Whoever is hiring these people, good job. A lot of restaurants in the area should take notes.
Got spicy chicken strips they didn’t mix it in the batter they just threw spices on top not impressed at all
Just recently started eating here and it is so good! Tea is just a little bit too sweet, but other than that everything seems good.
The okra is always old but the atmosphere and service is great!
