Arrived at 3:30 pm on a Sunday and go through the drive through. and first off don't call customers (BOSS) its very unprofessional and I'm not your BOSS. So we place all of our orders and then were told that were all out of shrimp, so which is it? the Mgr doesn't order enough? or your staff is to lazy to do much of anything on a Sunday? Third time there and still the same results late food took 45 minutes then rude customer service.
The dryest chicken tenders I've ever had and the oldest roll. Now that I've eaten here I know what depression tastes like. It tastes like old chicken.Edited to add: You want to make it right? I visited three times in March 2024. None of the experiences were adequate. If you want to make it right, stop by and try the food and see what your customers are expecting. Maybe I'll give it a chance again some day. But there are two other chicken places within eyeshot of yours.
Clean place, polite service, good food. I think it's the best Golden Chick in the Metro.
