I enjoyed most of the food.. The nark on the brisket was a little too salty for my taste. The red beans and rice were tasty and very filling. The potato salad was a pleasant change from a lot of standard salads. The sauces were excellent. The meats were just meh for me in the end. The pulled pork was a little too stringy and like I mentioned the brisket bark was salty. View all feedback.

It never ceases to amaze me how consistently fantastic Edge Craft BBQ is and continues to be.This time, I finally got to try the pastrami brisket. Their regular brisket is so good that I was skeptical that anything could top it, and yet, it definitely did!If you still haven’t been, you need to put Edge Craft on your to do list, because BBQ doesn’t get much better than this!Must try list: ribs pastrami brisket (Friday only) cornbread pudding jalapeño cheddar sausage smoked Turkey
Best BBQ I’ve had in OKC. The brisket had great bark, super tender. The gut sausage and cheese sausage were delicious, and the ribs slid right off the bone. We also tried the Mac n Cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad, all really good. Glad I found this place, it’s my new go to whenever I’m feeling homesick.
If you even kind of like BBQ, you have to try this place!! Hands down best BBQ in the OKC area. The brisket is amazing, very juicy and tender. Only negative is that they are only open 3 days a week and only from 11-6 : . Traditional and Mustard base sauces that are legit. Prices might be higher than you are used to, but you will taste the difference and is well worth it! Friday special of Pastrami brisket sandwich was amazing!! Don't even get me started on the sides.
I've been searching around the OKC metro for the best BBQ, and I think I can stop my search. I had the two meat plate with fatty brisket and turkey along with sides of mac and cheese and collard greens. This BBQ is juicy, deeply smoke-flavored, and if you smoke meat yourself then you know it's freshly out of the pit this same day. Absolutely fantastic.
