Front desk did not ask us if we wanted out chocolate chip cookie, neither when we checked out. I had to ask for my cookie. Did say that I received 3 given to me by the hostes. our room, was good, but bathroom was not clean. Clunk of hair behind bathroom door. Was going to take picture but forgot, View all feedback.

If you stay here don't accept anything but the top floor. Unless you enjoy hearing every footstep from your upstairs neighbors. They rattled the decorative wood dividers in our room all night with every footstep. Also the bathtub in our room squeaked and rattle every time you shifted your weight. Everything was amazing room is clean close to the airport to the restaurants they even take you to the airport and back free special thanks to the lady who was driving I can’t remember her name but she is amazing

Nice hotel. Definitely one of the best in this area of Oklahoma City! Most all of the others have unsafe parking lots! There are a lot of homeless people in the area. A lot of drugs in the area! But I work in the area and this will continue to be my go to hotel!
Loved the room design. Didn 't care for the super small whirlpool and it 's room temperature setting. I wouldn 't recommend the steak. I didn 't have high expectations for it being 'hotel steak ', but I was still let down by it.
Staff were very friendly all the way from the Front Desk staff to the Bartender James Bailey who made our experience the best, hardworking and professional and very passionate about what he does, and made it a heartwarming experience being away from home.
