Braums - Feedback

What Starla Dawne doesn't like about Braums:
Used to love this location until I met ASSistant manager Patrick. I ordered a mix and he gave me a shake. I tried to nicely correct him and he immediately took an attitude with me saying I said shake. I understand that it's loud in there (not sometime I enjoy either) but if you can't hear me, ask me to speak up, don't give me the wrong thing and then call me a liar. This is the only place I have ever given 5 stars to. I stopped by there and ordered food Thursday evening 4/18. Friday morning I couldn't find my credit card. The last time I used it was at this store. I called and they still had it. They were very nice and helpful. I'm so thankful to them for their honesty and integrity.
