Zest - New York City

This place has become my favourite sushi spot in New York city! They just tick all the boxes in terms of food quality, service and the vibe. I went there for lunch on my wife’s birthday and everything was perfect. Although we wanted to sit outdoors but they were really busy so we had to sit inside. The service was great the food doesn’t take long to order. They also have a great happy hour menu which starts from 4:30 to 7 pm. Make use of their happy hour menu its a bargain. I ordered 2 of the crispy sushi thingy! just ask the server they know what you’re looking for. The octopus tentacle was very good and also the crab salad. The portions are perfect for sharing so i got to taste everything. The beef fried rice is also very good. I will definitely return again to try different items.

Best sushi in area!! Love atmosphere , cozy , nice place to hang out. I ordered Poke bowl it full of fish . Sushi is so fresh. You know what happy hours is a best part. Many Japanese beer, sake all include . Highly recommend this!!

This is my absolute favourite sushi place in New York. All the Appetizers are great and the sushi is even better. The prices are reasonable and if you come to Happy Hour it’s outstanding. I love the vibe, it’s always packed but you never have to wait too long. Staff and owner are incredible friendly!

Over the outdoor seating set up. Great place to come for happy hour food and drinks that are everyday. Sushi rolls taste great and affordable. They do have a lunch break between 3:30-4:30 so they're closed. FYI

Great place for a casual date night out!! We went on a Friday night and even though the place looked full of people we got a table without a reservation in minutes. The food was delicious and fresh, you could see the sushi being made from your table. Overall a great place.
