Wendy's - New York City

Location looks clean, feels sanitary and follows Covid guildlines (at the time of writing). The food is cooked thoroughly but for some reason the chicken sandwich(es) is always cold. Additionally, they never give me the Creamy Sriracha Sauce for my nuggets even when I specifically requested it during checkout on the Wendy's app.

I ordered the 4 for $4.44 deal and I know that they aren't making much money on the value meal, but they turned the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger into a slider. The beef patty was smaller than White Castle's and the bacon strips were bacon bits. I thought this was just Shrinkflation because of Covid. Times are tough and I wanted to see if my theory was true so I went to the Wendy's on 45th St and 3rd Ave the following day and that's when I realized I've been cheated out of at least 1 whole bacon strip and a few ounces of beef. I knew this Wendy's was cheap because when I asked for Ketchup they gave me the bare minimum of 2 packets. There are some Pros and redeeming factors to this location. They have the high tech soda machines where you can flavor your Coke and I made a delicious blend of Vanilla, Lime, Raspberry Coke. The fries were on point and had the right amount of grease and crunch. There is also a kind man that opens the door for you keeping your hands clean, just give him some change for his services.

Great food at reasonable price. Had pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger and classic chicken sandwich. Both were good with the onions in the cheeseburger and batter of the chicken still being crunchy 20 minutes after I received it. Good amount of business there so it took a bit to get my order, with about 6-7 people waiting for their order. Wendy's app on my phone was having issues identifying that I was at this Wendy's location already.

I always order my food with specials. So far no problems. I always buy plain #1 triple, plain#4 with a large chill. Great. Fast service, with hot food.

It is cozy. sales clerk is courteous. a few weeks ago you had this male cashier who was rude and wouldn't give me a hot sauce. I didn't go there for months until he wasn't there anymore.
