Their ordering process is confused, I did not get what I ordered, and they did not offer a refund when I called to tell them my order was not what I ordered nor what I wanted. I would not recommend which is unfortunate. View all feedback.

Ordered Tonkatsu ramen. Ordering process very confusing. Order was prepared fast. Ramen is okeyish. No bathroom. HVAC was off.
Mediocre ramen. Broth is bland. Chashu is tasteless. Noodle is store bought. I could make a better ramen from a store bought ramen kit.
The ramen are delicious and satisfying. A must try for good take out ramen in the FiDi. They even separate the soup and ramen so it doesn't get soggy when you bring it home to eat.
