As someone with gluten intolerance, I have found that most of the salads at this restaurant are supposed to be gluten-free. However, even when I order the gluten-free salads, I still have a reaction, likely due to contamination. Additionally, they frequently run out of kale. It may be helpful for them to improve their inventory management. Overall, they should be more attentive to gluten contamination for customers with dietary restrictions.
