again, this city has gone down the pipes. where do they hire these workers? they must try to reduce the standards as far as possible. one and ready! the personal here is the most rude and incapable. The worst service I ever hd in my life. My coffee got taken by someone else TWICE and when I tried to explain the case, the staff got mad and blame me instead. Will never buy anything at this place ever again.Food: 1/5
This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. The staff was incredibly rude. Our group of 15 bought many coffees and hot chocolates, but everything was cold, even the hot chocolate was at the bottom of the cup. When I asked for the restroom code, the employee said it was out of service, but other people were in there. Then they turned off the lights and started yelling at us to leave because they wanted to close.
I had a coffee and hot chocolate for my friend. Very spacious place and we were easy to relax after touring Brian Park anf NYPL. Toilets are available with password.
The perfect cup of coffee in a comfortable space with a great view of Bryant Park. The staff are always nice It’s my favorite Pret location. Thank you all .
I ordered mac and cheese at this restaurant, but they didn't have it so they only sent me the coffee I ordered. They did not refund me and when I called multiple times to ask if I could choose something else, they did not pick up. I paid $30 for delivery just for a cup of coffee. This is unacceptable.
