I was pleased to discover this trendy, cozy coffee shop just a short two-block walk from my hotel (the Moxy Chelsea). Even more delightful was finding out that they are one of the few spots in the city already offering CBD-infused coffee. I tried the cold brew and was not let down - it had a subtle kick but the flavor was well-balanced overall. View all feedback.

If you're a fan of spicy sauces like tabasco and sriracha, then you must try the spicy chicken dish at this restaurant. It was delicious and I've been craving it ever since. The restaurant also has a bar in the back, which I'm excited to check out next time. View all feedback.
Great small place to quickly take a cup coffee or latte. best within few blocks radius. cookies are fresh and mandel croissants are full of mandelpaste! the only part is that there are no seats to rest and enjoy the coffee.
Great staff that is very friendly and helpful. Worth going out of your way to get coffee here! Def put it on your list!!
My first time back since before the pandemic and the coffee is still amazing, the baristas are still kind and genuine people, and it's still a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee with great customer service.
A just normal café where I would probably not return (mostly due to the dull and not friendly guy who attended us). I have been at the Patent Pending a couple of times, and I like it, so I thought I could give Patent Coffee a try. Probably would not repeat again.
Undrinkable. Skip this place the coffee was burnt, the milk consistency terrible and prices as expensive as a fantastic cup of coffee at countless great cafes in the area/city.
