Great modern takes on classic middle eastern street food. The branched, chipotle style menu makes for quick and easy customization. The shawarmas are on real vertical broilers and the falafel is crispy and spiced correctly. The fries are crisp and the combo prices are amazing. You can feed two people well for under $20 here. The pitas were delicious, and both the plain and stuffed falafel were fantastic! They were wonderfully packaged and tasted exceptionally fresh. I would definitely order again!
Operation Pita is the top choice in the Chelsea area of Manhattan! The falafel is freshly made to order, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

The food was excellent! The two chicken shawarma pitas were incredibly tasty, bursting with flavor and neatly packaged. The price is also very reasonable.
I just had two sandwishes from Operation Falafel. The chicken shawarma with thr garlic sauce was delicious. Every bite was fresh and refreshing. The beef was mouth-watering, exactly the right balance of seasoning and salt. Looks they got a great combination of options for non-carnivores and vegans. I will order from this place again, perhaps go for the falafel or their eggplant based sandwich.
