I wanted to give a shout out to Tara, the general manager of Gregory's at 356 7th Ave in NYC. She is so friendly, courteous and welcoming. My fiance and I are in the area every Thursday morning and always stop into Gregory's to get our coffee and tea fix, and Tara is always there to great us with a smile, and always remembers our order. The coffee is never made the same and it seems to be always missing an ingredient and the barista's that work their could seem to care less. The service is rushed and unfriendly. Today was the last I patron at this location. Starbucks is a block away I'd rather give them my money for good coffee. View all feedback.

I love their oat milk filthy chais and the vegan deluxe!! Also always-great service, I love me some Gregory's.
Tara was simply the best. A pleasure to deal with during our stay in NY. All staff were polite and friendly. Coffee was consistent and always to our taste. Great way to start your morning !
The barista Ashanti was so amazing! She had amazing energy and really helped me turn my day around. Poor customer serviceNot a fan of the coffee, but I love the breakfast sandwiches. They were out of ingredients for my order this morning (11/11 but I didn 't realize it because I placed an online pick up order. When I got to the store, one of the attendants said they couldn 't make the sandwich. I asked for a simple refund and was IMMEDIATELY met with an bad attitude and unhelpful spirit from the girl African American girl with pink hair(? I mean immediately, and that made me very upset because it was uncalled for. The nasty response I got was that the managers are on vacation and that they 'll get in trouble for canceling a transaction so No I can 't get a refund . I don 't know how true that is, but the conversation could have easily gone a different direction. This isn 't the first time I 've been met with an attitude, this was just the worst time. So whoever management is, please check who you 're hiring. I 'll likely not come back to this location. I 'm not spending money to get met with attitudes before I have to go to work. There are plenty other places that I can choose. This location needs better customer service.
