I had a decent experience here- staff know a lot about what is and isn't vegan. The people at check out are the most unfriendliest bunch. They can make a veggie bowl for $9- that's a base (I did a combined base of rice and quinoa) and three veggies for that price. In New York, you can't really beat that! My only complaint is that some of the sweet potatoes were still raw/undercooked. Everything else had good flavor! View all feedback.
What Leon Hoeger doesn't like about Dig Inn Union Square:
Sunday Brunch with Unlimited **** Marys were no longer available, although it’s still listed on their menus, off their websites. We stayed regardless since we were hungry and drove in from New Jersey. We had 5 drinks, the first 2 were spot on, the other 3 were different. Great options, they should be sure to grab a menu before they order to see which items are vegan. no compost.
A wonderful place to eat with omni friends who do not break the bank. they obtain a basic of typical brown rice/farro/salad. then they get two sides mostly from sweet potato, sweet and salat. Finally, they get a protein like tofu or they can have another side. this place is usually oriented towards the younger amount that want to eat healthier. not much space. that may have to do.
We ordered catering here for a work party we had. the kale with organ was really delicious! many options. very veggie forward and delicious!
Perfect if they are hungry in manhattan and don't want to spend much time or money. most options for their bowl are vegan and they are of decent quality.
