Dig Inn, formerly known as Dig, is an assembly line concept restaurant offering a variety of vegan options. Customers move down the line to choose a grain, side, and protein (usually tofu) before taking a seat at one of the tables inside or opting for takeout. The branch is roomy, with ample seating and a restroom available. It's a great spot for a nutritious and satisfying lunch or dinner option. View all feedback.
I had the grilled tofu bowl with sweet potatoes and sautéed broccoli. It was delicious! They make this ginger, mint lemonade that is out of this world refreshing. Situated in-between Potbelly and Chipotle, they are a fierce competitor. I was so happy to find them conveniently located to local hotels.
We really love this place and go to one of their outlets each time we visit New York. Really good fresh, healthy, vegan food. We need places like this in the UK!
I like this place, but I prefer Little Beet for a build-your-bowl experience
Dig Inn or as it is now known, Dig is a mounting line space with a number of vegan options: They move along the line, order a grain, sides, and a protein (usually tofu), and take or sit on one of the tables inside. This industry is a little spacey, with a bunch of tables, and an available bathroom. This is a beautiful place to go for a healthy, filling lunch or for dinner.
They had a ton of vegan options and were efficient during lunchtime. All their page options with the exception of 2 were vegan and clearly so marked. I had a bowl with Farro base and 3 pages Cashew kale caesar, three beet salad and potato salad. It was so good! Really tasteful and they give you a lot of food I appreciate. Very recommended!
