Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York City

Very large place , steak was not ready . I only get steak but the management was nice enough to give me a free bowl of chicken. It was my first visit too so yeah really good.

This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. My family and I entered around 7:30pm and waited 15 minutes to be waited on just to see two employees running around trying to complete two online orders. No one greeted us, let alone acknowledged us and let us know anything. After waiting for so long with no response from the employees, we just left. Worst location I?ve ever been to.

U cant go wrong with chipotle. Ask for tortillas on the side and chicken bowl with mix of white and Jasmine rice and pinto bean and extra extra pepper, tomato , sour cream, corn, cheese, and lettuce. U can eat the bowl and put some on the tortilla to make.a butrito for urself or friend

A Chip-otle off the old block... Looks like this one is gonna survive Covid. Which is a good thing because so many other lunch and dinner places on this side of mid Town have given up the ghost. But the lo action remains weird. Strange seating...and not much of it. And short hours...but still one of the latest opening places in the area. Which ain 't saying much ... Nyc has poukipsie hours these days!

Closed for just take out only and only had 1 person working on order at lunch time. Completely disorganized.
