It was great big burgers cooked any way you'd like and the service was fun and the small tv's did not feel like you were in a sports bar but if you needed to know the score you could. Anyway back to the food. It was really good. A perfect place for a lunch date or an early dinner for two. Sitting in the back is a little loud but if you are a smaller party it will be perfect. Had lunch there for the first time yesterday. It was Wendnesday at 1pm but the place wasn't packed and we got seated right away. I ordered a greek salad and my friends had some burgers. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic too (the waitress was the sweetest she kind of reminded me of my grandma! . Prices are quite affordable too.
If you’re in New York City and craving classic American cuisine, you can’t go wrong with Burger Heaven. I’ve been a fan for years and never seem to tire of it. My go-to order is the grilled cheese, which is excellent. It may not be anything particularly unique, but if you’re in the mood for a classic grilled cheese and fries, this is the place to be. Speaking of fries, I stick to the regular ones instead of the curly fries, and they’re consistently great. In fact, the quality of all the food here remains reliable. Normally, I ask for my fries extra crispy at other places, but I find there's no need here because they always come out perfectly without me having to request it. The service has been satisfactory; the food arrives relatively quickly, and I’ve never encountered a rude server, so I have no complaints. Burger Heaven is always clean, including the restrooms. I highly recommend giving this place a try. With such a diverse menu, you're sure to find something you'll love!
Good Burgers. This is my #2 spot for burgers in NYC sorry, Burger Heaven, Shake Shack wins by a mile. However, if you want good burgers, good fries, at a good price go to Burger Heaven.

We placed our orders, and while I expected to wait a while for our burgers, the service was impressively quick. This made me a little skeptical about the quality of the food. I piled my classic American burger high with mayo and ketchup, sprinkled my curly fries with pepper, and got ready to enjoy my lunch. However, my initial bite into the burger brought disappointment. As a Texan, I must admit that I can be a bit of a burger snob, and I'd take a McDonald's Angus burger over this any day. On a brighter note, the curly fries were fantastic. So, I’d say skip this place if you can. If you do stop by, it’s just okay.
