I ordered takeout and they got our order completely wrong. They put bacon in my sandwich when I don’t eat meat and I said no bacon in the option and wrote it in the add details section. Also they used old rotten avocado. I can’t call their number to complain because it sends you directly to voicemail. I want my money back.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Great food and excellent coffee! We had such an amazing experience..with excellent customer service... food..the atmosphere..everything..Olivia was such a delightful breath of fresh air and excellent customer service skills. Bluestone was such a cool place to enjoy a simple breakfast and relax while listening to some killer tunes playing overhead. Such a great vibe and amazing customer service. My server Olivia was absolutely amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful with any of my needs. I highly recommend getting the Inbloom Protein PB and Blueberry Smoothie, it was truly delicious.
I love bluestone lane very much and visited this spot more than 10 times. I love the breakfast bowl so much and every time a make 40 minutes walk to this location just to have a brunch and enjoy my favourite food.Unfortunately today I was absolutely disappointed with service and food. The salad leaves were not fresh and I even found several decayed leaves. Besides we were waiting for water around 20 minutes. The waiter forgot about our order and brought us matcha after we reminded about it twice. We also ordered a toast but she also forgot about it. We didn’t eat our breakfast bowls as we were waiting for toasts. But it took half an hour to make them for us.After I told the waitress that my dish is not fresh and I don’t want to eat it, she insisted that it’s okay, that I’m wrong and everything is fresh. Instead of excluding it from the check as I didn’t eat it and left Bluestone Lane being hungry and disappointed.So after this unpleasant service and lack of customer focus I’m not gonna come here again. And that really makes me so sad as I was always recommending this place for all my friends

I have been to Bluestone Lane multiple times and have had nothing but amazing experiences! The food is consistently delicious, the staff are always kind, and the atmosphere is warm and aesthetic :
