Placed two (2) orders fo $10/order for a total of $20.00 for 2,orders; Received 1 container with about 12 small pieces. T/c store and server told me this was my entire order. I argued that the store indicated 1 order and I did place 2 orders. What I received wld amount to 6 pieces for an order of $10 which did not seem right. This was my go-to comfort restaurant until tonight. I ordered via Uber Eats (I have contacted them). Uptown receiving my order, to my surprise, the portion I received was nothing was disappointing. I ordered Bicol Express, and it was less than half of apint (much less than 12 oz). I have preferred here before and their portions have always been reasonable but tonight was a muchmore different level of capitalism and stinginess. I retract my previous review of this restaurant and I would implore othercustomers to go to Grill 21. They are always consistent with their customers.
The most incredible Filipino food ever! The loveliest people work here. Great indoor/outdoor eating.
Fried pork belly and Kare kare beef curry were great! I wish desserts are available. Highly recommend this place!
We bought longsilog, tapsilog, and arrozcaldo for breakfast and later we had shrimp sinigang and inihaw BBQ chicken. All were so delicious and I highly recommend them! Their lumpiang shanghai is really good too! We usually go to Bilao after my doctor'sappointment and I believe the location is very convenient to the hospitals Cornell, HSS, Sloan Kettering, and Mount Sinai. Welove supporting local businesses and healthcare workers. The management is a group of nurses which is amazing!
I was here 8:15 thinking they are open because it says in google they are open 8am waited till 8:54 if they are still going to open but nope oh well maybe they just needed to change
