123 Burger Shot Beer - New York City

Honestly you think , WOW that's cheap! Until you get there and you find out nearly  everything is cheap i.e not of good quality). The cups , the service, the drinks! I was highly disappointed 2pl we spent 70+ bucks, split a fish bowl the smallest I've ever seen and weakest $32), 6 shots each and 3 beers each.  I did not have a buzz, and we weren't pacing ourselves. Im a whiskey girl maybe that was the problem. But the food was great, fair priced, and hot. I will be back for lunch. However I would never spend another dollar on alcohol from here.

The restaurant is on the east side of the street. Their burgers are sliders and you have to get at least three. They're tiny things and if you're hungry, you may to get six. They're okay. Fries come in a good portion for one person.<br/ <br/ Draft beer comes in two sizes, 8 oz and 32 oz., so half pint or two pints. The photo shows the 32 oz. glass.

How did $1 sliders, $2 shots, and $3 beers turn into $100 tab? It's because we ha quite the time here! Our service was great, almost too good! The sliders are addictive and comes with an array of tasty sauces. Realized that the tower of beer is a better deal than individual glasses... Don't really appreciate all the paper plates and plastic cups, but in a place so packed you don't have a choice. Not a a bad place. Try it once.

Simply Outstanding!. I'm originally from NY and moved to Florida some time ago. I was going to be in the city the weekend of the Giants vs. San Fran NFC championship game. I called from Florida to try and secure a table and naturally no reservations were being taken, but then I met Stacy the manager. Although Stacy was not able to take a reservation, she was able sit me right away when I arrived, she remembered exactly who I was and the service was absolutely impeccable and that is with a COMPLETELY packed house. The sliders were delicious, the meat had great flavor and they did not take long to make at all. We tried the mac n cheese bites which led to ordering 3 more orders they were so good! The energy and environment were extremely enjoyable, the staff was amazingly accomodating, the food was outstanding and the service was top notch! I must say, if I still lived in NY I would be a regular at 123, they know how to treat their customers and keep them coming back. Simple concept, but a great one! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in NY or is just there for vacation. Ask for Stacy and tell them Jeff the die hard Giant fan from florida sent you!

Good food; not as cheap as you would think. We went there for lunch, it was a bit of a hike to get there. The place was complely empty, never a good sign. The waitress was very friendly. The burgers were good, but 3 are not enough and 6 would have been too much. The fried ravioli were OK, the sweet potato fries were pretty good. The beer was nice and cold, but the glasses are definately on the small side which took away from the overall value of the place. You can probably get a simlilar deal at a place with normal sized burgers and normal sized drinks. I wouldn't take the walk again, but if it were close by I might go a couple times a year.
