Located on the Upper East Side on Lexington Ave and 60th Street under a scaffolding site is Fresh and Co. This place is a salad restaurant with organic food. The shop is very welcoming, clean and a wonderful atmosphere. I ordered from the Toogoodtogo app and was impressed by the food they delivered. The food was made with love and it was delicious. this is part of a chain that offers healthy food - including soups, salads, chalk bowls and sandwiches - also some vegan items in each category (note: their label wg= vegetarian, wgn vegan). it is not gourmet, but eating with fresh View all feedback.
DO NOT EAT HERE. Terrible employees with attitude problems. I asked to have an item I didn’t want to purchase taken off the total, and I was told they couldn’t do that… What?? When I kindly asked again the employee threw her hands up, yelled at me for asking, and stormed away mumbling things to herself. After patiently waiting for a couple of minutes, NO ONE came by to finish the check out. This is one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve had at any food establishment. Please spend your money elsewhere.
Should've read the reviews first. Food was ok but definitely over priced everything is a la cart
Be prepared to shell out $19 for a salad with half a piece of fish - total highway robbery. The quality was subpar even pre-pandemic, and it seems like they've reopened just to make up for lost rent. Everything is charged extra, even the air you breathe. The girl at the front desk appears miserable and clearly dislikes her job. Her lack of interest is unmatched.
They have the worst employees. Every single one could not hate working there more than the next. They’re rude, have an attitude and are extremely stingy with the salads as if it’s coming out of their own pockets. And I have been going here for over a year, so it’s not a one time experience. Prices are ridiculous, and like I said, they give you three slices of tomatoes etc…
The man serving food at this restaurant was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. He didn't acknowledge me when I placed my order and became rude when I waited for him to finish his tasks.
