Beautiful kitchen offer! I didn't try the pizza, but it's known they're fantastic. service needs to improve

Great selection of dishes offered at this restaurant! I didn't have the chance to try the pizza, but I have heard that it is fantastic. The service could use some improvement.

The restaurant is situated in a plaza with a dangerous and steep staircase in the lower parking levels. The elevator was not functioning and there was a strange smell in the parking lot. Parking fees were very expensive. However, the restaurant itself is beautiful and well-located. The wait staff are friendly but service is extremely slow. The food was mediocre at best - the Gnocchis were not up to standard. All dishes were served hot, but the most expensive wine was disappointing. We ordered a hot dessert coffee and chocolate cake, but the cake was not properly heated to melt the chocolate center. The accompanying scoop of ice cream was disappointingly small. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant as the price-to-service ratio does not make sense.

Wings was raw and ****, the ribs were fat, and the service was terrible.

We were three adults with two (well dressed and well behaved) children at 5 p.m. on a Sunday. The restaurant was half empty and the rude hostess pushed us to a high bar table between a gas station and the kitchen door. According to someone other than the hostess, they were taken to a normal table. The staff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. The service took forever, the orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it had been hit with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were amazing.
