Contribute Feedback What Erling Willms likes about The Gin Mill:
My softball team comes here after games on Tuesdays. It’s our favorite spot in the UWS to share a pint and some apps. The service is fast and they always have enough seating for us. View all feedback.
What Meep B doesn't like about The Gin Mill:
Rude bouncer selectively lets only women enter club, exhibiting bias and unfairness. need to boycott and they need to lose all money based on how bad the bouncer is View all feedback.
This is my colleagues go-to happy hour spotIt's spacious, with an out door seating when the weather is nice.
3 Open seats at the bar scattered apart, politely asked the waitresses Friend who was working to move over and she started barking at me.
One of those bars that you can frequent regularly and the staff knows you and it's your go-to place to hang and watch games and feel at home.
If you want a bustling sports bar with plenty of TVs and fairly priced drinks, head to The Gin Mill. While we don't always mesh with the crowd here, we've generally found it to be a good spot to catch a game. Their food options are quality, too! And most weekend nights they have a live DJ, although there isn't a ton of space to dance!
They are the only ones in the upper west side that I found to have the south american football (soccer.. on TV. wide selection of drafted beers, they were really nice, music was good, the cheeseburger was good. later when it got busier it was harder to order because they had only 2 bar tenders. we had 6 beers, 2 burgers with fries, 1 chicken wings, 2 seltzers and it was 81usd !
