The cocktails are standard, but the real reason to visit this restaurant is the breakfast board for brunch. Priced at $29, it offers a beautiful presentation with plenty of delicious food that is perfect for sharing between two people. The board includes Belgian waffles, bacon, smoked salmon, berries, biscuit, cream cheese, jams, and two types of sausage. We sometimes order a side of breakfast potatoes to complement... What GRACE F doesn't like about The Daisy:
The Nutella French toast was fantastic, but the chicken and waffles and eggs benedict were just okay. The service was lacking - the staff never checked on us or refilled our water. They were not as friendly as we would have liked. Despite this, we would come back for the delicious French toast. View all feedback.
Eating was amazing, but the service left much to wish. after 15 minutes waiting time no one had even spent water, so I went in to ask a server. Finally came a busboy with water and 5 minutes later came a server to take our order. our appetizer and escape came before our drinks, which finally came halfway through eating our entrees. Overall enjoyed eating, but wished the service would have been better.
Looked outside. our server was wonderful. the heat must have been extra high in the restaurant. we have the cauliflower, burrata and drinks.
Alessa looked after our group (7 people bottomless brunch on a Saturday) and her service was incredible!! So attentive. Would come back again.
Both of our dishes were very bland! I've never had to add so much salt. Service was quite slow for menus and drinks. I won't return.
The music was not a vibe match for the restaurant (they played Like a G6 on a Sunday at 11:30 AM??? and was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation. But the food was delicious and service was good.
