This restaurant provided a truly memorable dining experience. While every dish we were served was exceptional, some standout highlights included the homemade plant wine, Japanese hair crab sushi, and strawberry panna cotta.
This is one of the best omakase experiences I've ever had. They included items I don't usually eat, like garnishes, which I appreciated. The toro was top-notch, some of the best fish cuts in NYC. The only downside was the small portion size, but it was worth it for the quality. The restaurant is located in SoHo, which is rare for such high-quality sushi. The setting was intimate and quiet, with a maximum capacity of around 12 people.
For the price and quality I would say it is the best oasis in the city. the 18-speed menu offered an incredible selection of fishing from japan including my personal favorite, kohada and striped jack. the staff were very friendly and helped us to choose a great love. I'm looking forward to the return.
Likely the most authentic edomae sushi in New York. Amazing fish and preparation. Shari quality is excellent, right temp and right mix of vinegar I enjoyed each time. Soul of edomae is shari, he does great job. I recommended this place to many of my sushi enthusiasts. This is the best of best.
