The couple seated next to me actually left because the service was so bad. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and though I didn't leave before having my meal, I did cut it short and take most of it to go just to get out of there. They need to source better staff or better train the staff they do have or this establishment will not last. The food is good, but this is New York, you can get good food anywhere

Despite me making reservations in advance through open table, I was told that open table didn't work with their system and therefore they did not have my reservation which I thought was already secured. The restaurant staff, although they were short several people on a busy night, did their best to accommodate me and my friends. Although it was initially frustrating, the celebrant had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious

Unfortunately, the restaurant told us that they never received our reservation through Open Table, so we had to wait. Ugh..
