Red Lobster - New York

Wednesday nights is my and hubby date night for the steak and lobster…made it a weekly tradition!

We had a room in the back which was fun. Had all the family, 12 of us, and we had a blast talking, drinking and cutting up. The food was really good and we had a great server. She was awesome. Food prices were a little high but the fun we had and the flavors of the food were well worth the visit.

Red Lobster used to be my favorite place to eat. Unfortunately, things change and not always for better. I arrived on a Friday around 5:00 and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Over 30 minutes later we were seated. I ordered twin Lobster tails. I remember when a Lobster tail had a lot of meat on it. The only word I can think of to describe the tails is pathetic. They were nowhere near what Red Lobster used to serve. Maybe there is a shortage of Lobsters. Just saying. On a positive … – show

I know plenty of places seemed to be having shortage of people to work, but customers shouldn't have to be hearing the frustration and trying to keep the waiter/waitress calm.. That was what I experienced at Red-Lter.

Horrible service I have never in my life felt so disrespected in my life by a restaurant, My Husband and I decided we would bring his mom out to dinner for her birthday her very 1st trip to red lobster, with our three very well behaved children, They sat us at a table and left us there sat everyone who came in after us on the opposite side 20 min not even an offer of a glass of water, we sat there patiently waiting I go to the restroom come back out still not even and offer of a glass of water … – show
