Pando 39 - New York

Place was nice, but bathroom roch and were dirty. service was terrible; we waited 45 minutes after we sat before we even got our drinks. Eat was Luke-warm when it came and 5/8 of us all had huh, which was dry and cooked over. server would not separate our reviews and there was a mandatory 20% tip fee (which he does not deserve) and a $10 credit card fee. we will not be retuning or recommending!

We went here for my daughters birthday. The service was horrible. Served water in dirty glasses and appetizers plates were dirty as well. Our reservation was for 6:00pm. We all just ordered the wings. Our food was not delivered out to us until 7:25pm. The part that made me so angry was that our food was iced cold. Manager was horrible. Highly disappointed not worth it!!!

Pando had horrible service. It took us 20 minutes to just get water and then the server forgot to put in our appetizers. After 20 minutes, they came back and told us that the kitchen didn’t have what we wanted. However, it was a great place for a group to gather

Very nice experience! Good food, very kind and friendly personnel. I warmly recommend this place!

Loved the live music and great food! Used a Pulsd deal so the already affordable meal was a steal.
