Contribute FeedbackNittis offers a mix of highs and lows, with exceptional dishes like Agnolotti mushroom pasta and Cavatelli w/ sausage broccoli rave, but disappointing experiences with the Bolognese sauce. Service received mixed reviews, with some praising the staff's efficiency and others feeling neglected. The establishment accommodated a large group seamlessly, showing flexibility. Overall, the restaurant's food quality and attentive staff were highlighted, although some felt let down by the service and the owner's lack of remorse when faced with inconveniences. Despite these setbacks, the pleasant dining atmosphere and delicious food earned Nittis a recommendation for Italian cuisine enthusiasts.
Tuesday is Nitti for a business lunch. Easy walk from the Javits Center. Food and service were very good.
The owner was incredible and the staff was very attentive!! The food was spot on! Great NYC experience!
Service was good, food was good but nothing remarkable. However, someone in our party ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli entree pasta, seeing other tables with heaping plates of pasta. There were 6 quarter sized ravioli on the plate. 6. Again this was a basic vegetarian dish and was also somehow more expensive than anything else our party ordered including non pasta meat dishes… for maybe 2 oz of food. Ended up having to order an entire additional entree as that wouldn’t feed a toddler. If that’s your portion size for this dish, fine but maybe put it in the appetizer section? Just overall awkward and disappointing and not worth the price at all.
It was our first time here and enjoyed it very much. When we arrived we were right away escorted to our table off to the side at the front door. It was the perfect table to have a long and discussion filled dinner. The service the whole night was impeccable as was the food. We had the calamari, and two bruschetta's for appetizers, and then followed up with pasta specials and the salmon. all the food was very good. I must give a shout out to the toasted focaccia that is served as bread. I will definitely return here in the future.
Theater reservations. The pasta tasted as if it were store bought and the dish was nearly cold when it arrived. The fish and salad were good. Service was excellent. It was convenient before the theater but not a got to place
