Tried this place for the first time last night because it was close to the theatre and we were in the city for a show. We ended up getting there later than we expected so we had less than 30 mins to eat and leave. We expressed that to the workers and boy did they exceed my expectations. Everyone was so attentive and the service was excellent. The food was good too. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Not to mention the atmosphere is nice. We had drinks, appetizers, and a main course in under 30 mins and made it to our show just in time. I will definitely be coming back here. :
The customer service and food is always consistently great. Such a stable in HK! Plus the espresso martinis are the BEST
Any of the reviews showing less than 5 stars are inaccurate in my opinion. Not only was the food sensational and truly authentic Italian (we travel to Italy every year so know Italian food) but the service was a real pleasure, especially by manager Andrea and our server Sai, both real pros and true gentlemen. We will keep this restaurant card and return every time we come to NYC. Exceptional in every way, even down to the fine details like having an actual Vespa scooter in the bar! Bravo Nittis.
Excellent food, great atmosphere and extremely helpful and accomodating waitress. We were served promptly and the food was delicious. My partner bolognese pasta was one of the best I 've ever tasted. They were really helpful and understanding of my fiancé 's severe milk intolerance.
