What Henderson O'Reilly doesn't like about McDonald's:
Manger was not friendly at all ? she had her back turned as I walked to the counter even after seeing me approached she did not greet me or even say good morning to me ?. After placing my order I asked to use the restroom and she told me no and that it opens at 9am and it was only 8:55am lol customer service here is a joke and I work in the service industry. It has been over a year since I visited this Mcdonald and I am surprised at how they have kept this place nice and tidy after the remodel! The management
While I rarely eat at fast food restaurants, if I want a hash brown at 2am I should be able to get one from a restaurant that says it's open 24 hours.
I try and never post a bad review but my dinner was really disturbingMy food looks inedible My entire meal was just a disaster .
The most terrible contributors, whose face and attitude tells them that they don't care! just ordered in the app and when I asked for the delay to get my coffee, the two stoogs at the reception told me that they don't know and ignore me.
Good service, they served good eating fast and doesn't matter if they ask for something late.
