Non-functional slack fill alert!!I bought a 20pc box as a gift that was no longer needed, so I ate it myself. I was dismayed to find that a third of the box is air! They put in false bottom. I took it out and you can see it in the picture. Yes, technically the outside of the box doesn't lie when it lists the quantity and weight, but normal humans shop via their eyes, and they intentionally make the box bigger to dece... The cold pack didn't last the trip from New York to South Carolina, but it made absolutely no difference in the quality of the chocolate.As long as they are making chocolate, we'll be ordering!

Not cool at all. The chocolate is fine, but for deceptive customer practices, you get 1-star.
The store keeper on Saturday is extra nice and carrying. Great chocolate, great service.
